Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Ivitalizer, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment’s progress.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for further support.

General Return and Exchange Rules

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this period, we will no longer process returns or exchanges.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
• Items sold as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a complete set.
• This policy does not apply to products explicitly labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
• For online orders, return shipping costs are not covered by Ivitalizer.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

All returns must be sent to Ivitalizer in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Ivitalizer will cover the return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The evaluation of the product’s condition and the application of this policy is at Ivitalizer‘s sole discretion.

Please Note:

• Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.
• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Ivitalizer is not responsible for lost items.

For authorized returns or exchanges, Ivitalizer will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions to return the item, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed of the approval or denial of your request based on its condition and Ivitalizer‘s policies.

If approved:

• Exchanges will be processed immediately.
• Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after several days:

• Allow additional time for processing.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
